I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Lin and his office! Everyone on his team was incredibly professional from reception to his amazing nursing staff! From the initial consult until my final post-op, they made sure that I was educated and comfortable every step of the way! I am sure they have many patients, but they made me feel like I was always a top priority throughout the whole process. After reading several positive experiences from previous patients, I chose Dr. Lin's office, and I am so thankful that I did!

I wanted to like Dr. Lin. I do like doctor Lin, personally, himself, he is probably the best doctor I've had the experience of dealing with. However, when you put yourself into the hands of a surgeon, one must consider the whole team. You do not want to wake up from anesthesia in immense pain with little to no pain medication. It is a very very painful traumatic experience I hope everyone can avoid. I was not that lucky, however, as doctor Lins young, improperly trained staff put me through such an experience. I am only reviewing here as I left a review on google this morning and it seems Dr Lin did his best to have 3 positive reviews in just 12 hours come in to cover over mine....I didnt appreciate that. Ask yourself if you want to put your comfort in Dr Lins hands to a very inexperienced staff trained under relatively new anti-pain med FDA guidelines which have already been back tracked. Do you want to wake up from anesthesia in intense pain after a very invasive surgery? I bet you dont. Choose wisely.

I had surgery 2 years ago first it was a big scary but with understanding it and the benefits i will get from it it was the best decision i made Dr.Lin and his staff was great i would highly recommend him the staff is the office is amazing.

I would like to take a moment and share my experience with Dr. Lin and his amazing staff. I have survived both ovarian cancer and breast cancer. I have had the best of care for the past 20 years at the BI, but I often experience a tremendous amount of anxiety whenever I have a doctor's appointment. After making the decision to have diep flap surgery my doctor referred me to Dr. Lin. Although I knew having the surgery was the right decision I was worried how I might handle yet another procedure. From the moment I met Dr. Lin and his staff I new I was in good hands and that I would be able to handle the long surgery and recovery. Because I had had radiation treatment on my left breast it took a bit longer for my breast to recover. Throughout the recovery process I was able to reach out to Dr. Lin's amazing nursing staff and they would immediately contact Dr. Lin with my question and then call me to reassure me that everything was fine. I would recommend Dr. Lin's practice to anyone of my loved ones and friends. I just finished my 6 month follow-up with Dr. Lin and all is well! I am able to lift weights and walk without any discomfort. While it was a journey and took a lot of courage it has given me such peace of mind. While nobody can promise me that I will never get breast cancer again, knowing that I have done all I can is the best feeling. I will alway be grateful to Dr. Lin and his entire staff! They are amazing!!

I have a connective tissue disease, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and had had two prior nose surgeries performed in New York that left me with an untreated deviated septum and a crooked, projected nose that made me unhappy. After a lot of research and several consults with different doctors, I decided to pursue surgery with Dr. Lin. I couldn't be happier with my results! I can finally breathe, and even after being just six weeks post-op, I am so happy with the appearance of my nose. I feel like I still look like me, but now the new and improved version! When I came to Dr. Lin I expressed that I was nervous about having had two prior surgeries that yielded unwanted results, and that I wanted things to go well this time. I brought in pictures of myself that I had modified using an app, to show him what I wanted my nose to look like, even brought in a reversal mirror (mirror that shows you what you look like to other people--he appreciated the mirror lol), and he always took the time to go over all of my questions for as long as I needed, whether it be for an in-person or telephone appointment. The night before my surgery he even called me to see how I was feeling and to answer any questions I had. And right before I went into the operating room he was so reassuring and soothing and made sure to review one last time what the surgical plan was. Dr. Lin is brilliant, an artist, a class act, and I can't recommend him enough! Even my stepson plans to see him at the beginning of next year for correction of a deviated septum. Last but not least, his office and clinical team are top notch and the process of scheduling appointments, payment, post-op care and receiving assistance via the nurse's line, were handled so efficiently. Everyone was so kind. I wish all of my medical care and prior surgeries were handled this way. Dr. Lin and his team are the best! I am so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you, thank you, thank you! — Update 11/12/2024: One year post-op from my septorhinoplasty with Dr. Lin, I am thrilled to report that my satisfaction with the results continues to increase. Each month, I appreciate the functional and aesthetic improvements more and more. Despite my challenges with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and two previous unsuccessful surgeries, Dr. Lin’s expertise has transformed my experience. I can breathe easily and feel confident in my appearance, which feels like a true enhancement of my natural self. I also greatly appreciate the time Dr. Lin spends during my check-up appointments, where he answers all of my questions thoroughly and provides valuable insights about my progress. His meticulous care and artistic vision truly set him apart, and his team provided exceptional support throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lin to anyone considering similar procedures.

I have had two surgeries done by a different surgeon for septum/sinus/breathing issues. I wasn't happy, so I sought out someone else to handle the 3rd surgery I needed. I am only about 8 hours after coming off the operating table for septoplasty, nasal valve repair, spreader grafts, and turbinate reduction. I am thrilled. I haven't been able to breathe from my right nostril for years. Even despite the blood, splints and swelling, I am finally actually able to breathe some through my right nostril! I did wake up fairly crabby and in A LOT of pain (which I anticipated a surgery would be painful) but I was told then my surgery was going to be more painful than usual. I sort of had to beg for pain relief in recovery room, not sure how much I was initially given to begin with, and was sent home with (5) 5mg oxycodone after this fairly invasive procedure and I'm still in quite a bit of pain. Be prepared to awake from anesthesia in IMMENSE pain. Ill probably have to call "my buddy" and buy pills for the first time in 15 years because these 5 pills are a handful short of being comfortable for the next day or two. So, maybe on that aspect, make sure you plan ahead. But otherwise Dr Lin was so thorough with listening to me (probably more than any doctor I have ever had), explaining conditions and procedures. He is a very kind man Best Doctor I have ever dealt with. His Staff Brooke and Phyllis were also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

I came to see Dr. Lin after I broke my nose and was having trouble breathing. Turns out that I had a deviated septum following the break. Luckily, Dr. Lin was able to fix the deviated septum. While having the surgery, I also elected to have a post-break bump on the hump of my nose removed and tip refinement. He did an amazing job! My nose looks natural and very much improved! Not only did I have a great experience with Dr Lin but the entire staff was great. Very helpful before, after, and on the day of surgery. They made the process easy.

Dr. Lin is not only an excellent surgeon but a fine human being. The entire medical and administrative staff were both professional and caring everytime I came to the office. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his staff.
