Dr. Lin and his staff took such great care of me throughout the process, from exploring my options to supporting me in the weeks and months post surgery. My recovery was smooth (even easier than I anticipated) and without complication--I attribute much of this to Dr. Lin's brilliant quality of work. My breathing is night-and-day better; even though my breathing was decent prior to my septoplasty, it has improved beyond what I imagined, greatly affecting my quality of life. The cosmetic adjustments improved the general "look" of my nose while maintaining a very natural appearance, which was important to me. Dr. Lin has been helpful in talking through the relationship between cosmetic adjustments and the physical integrity of the nasal structure. As my swelling decreases, I am also reassured in the knowledge that follow-up meetings with Dr. Lin will help us assess whether or not I wish to make any further adjustments; his assurance in being a perfectionist and his wanting me to be thrilled by the end product gives me comfort in knowing that our journey will continue until I am completely satisfied with the appearance of my nose!

Doctor Lin was very informative throughout the whole process, he called night before surgery to check on how I was doing. He and his team made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend him.

Thank you to Dr. Lin, his staff, and nurses! I had my initial consultation for a breast reduction and tummy tuck after an 80-lb weight loss in October 2023, a second consultation in January 2024, and scheduled my surgery for April 3rd. I am now 6 weeks post op. A few notes on my experience: - I had my consultations and one of my follow-ups with Calley Lynch who was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, took pre op photos, and explained the process. - I then worked with Phyllis to schedule my surgery. She was also extremely helpful. I was given a list of medications to stop a few weeks prior to surgery, however I am on a GLP-1 and it was not listed (must be stopped 2 weeks prior to surgery), so I think the sheet needs to be updated. I also wish I was given a bit more written detail on the medications I'd be prescribed, dosing schedule, scar care, swelling timeline, etc. ahead of time. - About a week prior to surgery I got a call from a nurse who went over my medical history and what to expect the day of surgery. - The morning of surgery Dr. Lin spoke with me and was meticulous in marking me up. He really listened to what I wanted - it's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. The anesthesiologist explained every step, and the nurses were so kind. - I got my drains out about a week after surgery, but was extremely swollen until about 4wpo. The first 1-2 weeks are very tough but Dr. Lin's team was always available to answer any questions. I am happy so far and look forward to seeing my final results in a few months!

My experience at BIMDC with Dr. Lin has been extremely amazing throughout my procedure. I had a breast reduction in late January and every step of the way has been super informative and helpful. I immediately felt shoulder and back relief post-op and was able to be back at my hands-on job 6 weeks after surgery. I work in a facility where I am required to lift up to 40 lbs on the daily and also continuously walk up and down stairs. I was more than comfortable returning thanks to the reassurance and guidance provided. The healing process went by well and I always knew I could reach out for any questions. It was such an amazing experience and I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone interested.

Dr. Lin was fantastic, he did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty after I was in a cycling accident. I broke my nose in two places, and he helped me every step of the way. First with a closed reduction, then a rhino and septoplasty to help with breathing issues and cosmetic changes after the accident. My nose looks so natural to me, and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Lin’s bedside manner is fantastic as well, I highly recommend.

The process was very smooth. Dr. Lin spent a lot of time answering all my questions. The recovery was much easier than expected, and the staff was amazing in the recovery room. All of the staff were open to answering questions, and reassuring any worries about the upcoming surgery. 6 month update: Happy with results, swelling has gone down like I was told. Appoints are quick and easy, no complaints. Very happy!

I came to Dr.Lin for a septoplasty, I had the same procedure in the past with another Dr and never felt much of a difference. I came to Dr. Lin after lots of research online and reading reviews and I have to say he lived up to the ratings. He and his team made the entire process very easy from start to finish are were very communicative. The amount of relief I feel after my procedure with him is life changing!
