I couldn't be happier with Dr. Lin and his team for my breast cancer journey! They showed superb understanding of my physical and emotional needs every step of the way during this 3 1/2 year journey, from mastectomy through nipple creation, supporting my decisions and giving me time to process all a breast cancer diagnosis entails. Kudos to Dr. Lin and his staff!

Dr. Lin is a wonderful surgeon with a great bedside manner - and the whole team is incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process (a particular thanks to Calley Lynch, Dr. Mundra, and Alicia Blythe). A big thing for me was feeling like Dr. Lin really knew what I wanted AND that he would accommodate this without compromising function and structure. Surgery went smoothly, and now I am 5 weeks out from my rhinoplasty and feel so happy with the results so far, even knowing that it's early and things will continue to improve/swelling will decrease. I definitely feel like I chose the right surgeon, the right team, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I want to start this by saying I never met the surgeon. Im not denying he’s great. However, I went this afternoon for a consultation. I was very excited to get information on my potential surgery. I paid 100 dollars and was brought into a room where the NP met me. We briefly discussed what I wanted to have done. She then started asking questions about myself and one included “do you smoke”. I told her I do not but occasionally vape. She then told me I would need to pass a drug test for nicotine prior to even meeting the surgeon and discussing the procedure and what the costs would be. I respect the fact that nicotine can cause issues and they want to be cautious. However, to find a babysitter, drive an hour, pay 100 dollars and then be told I have to come back on another date to take a drug test in order to even DISCUSS what this process looks like or would cost seems insane to me. Again, I’m not leaving this review to say anything negative about the surgeon. However, it would’ve been nice if the people on the phone told me “if you’re a nicotine user just know we’re going to take 100 bucks from you and leave you with 0 information and make you come back to pass a drug test”. At least then I wouldn’t have driven down. I left very upset and felt stupid.

I had a breast reduction in October and the quality of care that I have received from my first consultation, the procedure, and now my 6 week post-op visit has been top notch. I was very unhappy with my experience with them. The results did not look natural and it seemed like he did not take the time to fully grasp my concerns or what I hoped to achieve.

Every step of the process with Dr. Lin and his team was a breeze. From the consult with his PA Callie, to the surgery prep, the surgery itself, post surgery questions, and my final appointment. I had a septoplasty to improve breathing and even 6 weeks out things have gotten much better. I cannot believe how easy the recovery process was and I think that is a testament to Dr. Lin’s skill and his team’s attention to detail. Having never had surgery before I was a bit nervous, but every person along the way was caring and helpful. If you’re looking for a caring, kind, and skilled surgeon Dr. Lin is an amazing choice.

Dr. Lin performed a septoplasty and I have already noticed a significant difference within just a few short weeks. Dr. Lin is absolutely fantastic. Seamless process from start to finish. Every team member that I came across made me feel comfortable and listened to. Surgery was quick and I am thrilled with the outcome. I no longer have upper back, shoulder and neck pain. My only regret is being so scared to start the process. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
