Dr. Lin is awesome. He helped my reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy at the same surgery. Now it has been 2 months and my new breast even looks better my old one. No one knows I had the surgery if I dont tell him/her. Thanks to Dr. Lin and his team.

I had considered a neck lift on and off for 10 years before deciding to move forward with it at age 68. By this point, I had a definite dewlap, complete with a pale area of skin on my neck where I never tanned because of the loose folds of skin draping over my lower neck. Despite concerns that I would heal too slowly due to my age, I finally decided to go ahead with a neck lift. I did a lot of research into the process and I selected Dr. Lin at Beth Israel in Boston for several reasons. It was clear from his website that he is a very careful surgeon who prioritizes safety and aims for a natural looking outcome – one where my face and neck would look rejuvenated but still like it belonged to the rest of my body. He has many years of experience at Beth Israel Hospital, which is a respected teaching hospital in an area known for great hospitals. This surgery was a financial stretch for me, and I can’t afford a “revision” surgery, so it was important to me that I make that right choice going in. When I met with Dr. Lin, he made sure to fully disclose all the possible risks and to describe realistic outcomes, which made me feel that I could trust him – he talked to me like a partner rather than a salesman. We decided to go ahead with a combination neck lift and lower facelift, as I had also started to develop some jowls and wrinkling around my chin. The surgery went well, and my recovery is going great. The first couple of weeks were sometimes uncomfortable, but never painful. It was obvious from the first week that there was a huge difference in my jawline. By 4 weeks out, when I took off the chin wrap, I had the profile I’d been hoping for! There are still small lumps and bumps on the underside of my jaw – noticeable mostly only to me – but it’s clear that these are slowly resolving and I have every expectation that they’ll be completely gone in a matter of months. I love my new neck and jaw, it’s exactly what I’d been hoping for! I am very, very satisfied with my decision to do this surgery and with my choice of surgeon. Dr. Lin has been kind, gentle, and approachable throughout the process. He and his staff have always taken plenty of time to answer my questions and concerns. I especially liked that he called me the night before my surgery just to check in on how I was doing. Photos are 6 weeks post surgery, still some minor swelling, more healing to come.

My entire experience with Dr. Lin and his team was wonderful! They make you feel comfortable each step of the process, from the consultation to the surgery. I'm extremely happy with my results and highly recommend. 6 month update: Everything from my surgery is healing well and Doctor Lin has been great with checking in. Could not recommend him more!

I got a septoplasty to address nose issues associated with allergies including sinus infections. I'm glad I went to Dr. Lin. The surgery/recovery went amazingly smooth. Beforehand I had considered rhinoplasty as well and he gave his honest opinion which led me only to do septo; I imagine drs are incentivized for patients to do more surgery, so I really appreciated his honesty. One small suggestion is I didn't hear from Dr. Lin until the post op, got call a couple days post surgery from another team member. Would've preferred to hear from him but practically made no difference. Besides his great reviews you can see his board certifications/accolades and Harvard association online, all very impressive. Grateful to him for his help. Otherwise, anesthesiologist and nurses at hospital day of surgery were also great. In particular I know anesthesia and pain control don't always go smooth so not something to take for granted.

Well, where do I begin? I visit my primary care complaining of some shoulder problems and back problems and wouldn’t you know it? It all came from my breast. She recommended that I have a breast reduction never really gave that any thought googled doctors in Boston for breast reconstruction surgery and Dr. Lin was the first name that came up. I called his office made an Appointment for a consultation. At that appointment, Dr. Lin and so were all the nurses involved in my journey all very nice and professional. My first experience with Dr. Lin was Thorough he explained the process From the surgery to the healing and he also showed me some before and after photos and I was very impressed with his work. Moving forward, I got my surgery date. I had my surgery I went home the same day again all staff were SUPER nice to me. My healing process went smoothly NO PAIN Today at 5 weeks post op I look at feel AMAZING it was life changing for me, I’d definitely recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who is in need of this type of treatment. Here i am at the my 6 month follow up,,, again staff always pleasant and helpful i needed to mention that. ''you look amazing'' is all i heard today from nurses and doctors ESPECIALLY Dr. LIN!!!! I explained how EASY my healing process was and how well it went. almost too easy. I did listen to doctors orders as far as post op care and time frame of when i can start workouts again. No concerns. Dr. Lin and his team are amazing.

With breathing difficulties and a more complex case, my ENT doctor referred me to Dr. Lin. Just a month after surgery, my breathing improved significantly. Dr. Lin and the entire team were very thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. The facility is renovated, and overall, I had a very good experience.

Had a revision septorhinoplasty with Doctor Lin on June 17th. The result is incredible, my breathing is better and my allergies have subsided. Additionally, my singing voice is better than ever! It also is cosmetically straight which is a huge bonus. Update! I am at the 8 month mark from my revision and everything is still going well. The breathing has improved so much that I joined a gym. Thank you Dr. Lin!

Dr. Lin and his team took wonderful care of me before during and after my procedure. Dr. Lin answered all of my questions and took the time to explain all the options to me. He never made me feel rushed. My results are more than I could have hoped for and I am so happy that I decided to go ahead and have Dr. Lin as my surgeon. 6 month update: My scars are fading and the swelling is gone. I feel and look great. I am very happy with my results and I can't thank Dr. Lin and his staff more for all their help!!
